On the nose – pear, peach, and slate. On the pallet – dried pineapple, pear, peach, and saline. I would love to sit down with some real Wine Nerds with this, a bone-dry Riesling, a kabinett Grüner Veltliner, an unoaked Chardonnay, and watch the chaos ensue Beautiful balance between yellow and green fruit, a good acidic bite, and just enough residual sweetness to keep things interesting. If you’re lucky enough to see it on the shelf, BUY IT!

A little more like a summer pool wine based on the way it went down. Aromas of apricot and lemon. On the palate, stone, honey, melon and a hint of butter.

It had quite a bit of melon and lemony citrus. Very simple but a nice drink to have before dinner. High acidity, perhaps some apricot.

Peachy, apricot, not bad!
